POET AND SALUTATION DEDICATION: MR. MIKE ROBINSON – MS PRESIDENT

SIR, WE THE MS FAMILY SALUTE YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE! A LIFE FULL OF PURPOSE, PASSION, ACHIEVEMENT AND INTEGRITY. WORDS ARE NOT ENOUGH TO FULLY EXPRESS HOW THE MS SOCIETY WILL MISS YOUR HIGH LEVELLED LEADERSHIP QUALITIES AS OUR ABLE PRESIDENT FOR ALL THESE MANY YEARS.

YOUR HUMBLE, MEEK AND HONEST SPIRIT CAN NOT BE LEFT UNMENTIONED AS YOU HAVE INDEED LEFT A LEGACY NOT ONLY TO YOUR OWN FAMILY, BUT TO US AND ALL THOSE WHO HAVE CROSSED YOUR PATH DURING YOUR DELIVERY OF SERVICE AS ONE OF THE PREVIOUS UNIFORMED FORCES OF OUR NATION AND A TRUE VOLUNTEER OFFERING SOCIAL AND CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY WITHOUT RECEIVING ANY SUPPLEMENTS OR BENEFIT.

SIR YOUR HOME-GOING WAS A GREAT BLOW TO ALL OF US AS IT CAME UNTIMELY AND LEAST EXPECTED. WE SHALL FOREVER REMEMBER THE LESSONS OF FAITHFULLNESS AND TRUSTWORTHYNESS YOU TAUGHT US BY LIVING AN EXAMPLENARY LIFE YOURSELF, OF WHICH WE WILL ALWAYS EMINATE.

TO LORNA, ALLAN, DAVID, ……….. AND THE REST OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS, WE PRAY THAT GOD THE ALMIGHTY GRANT YOU STRENGTH TO SOLDIER ON IN THIS LIFE, CELEBRATING THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF MIKE AND CONTINUING TO LIVE ON HIS BEHALF, FUFILLING HIS MANDATE OF SAVING PERSONS WITH MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS (PWMS).

WE, AS THE MS FAMILY ARE CONSTANTLY BACKING YOU UP WITH OUR PRAYERS IN YOUR MOST TRYING TIMES OF LIVING WITHOUT A FATHER, A HUSBAND AND A FRIEND.

MIKE, MAY YOU CONTINUE TO SHINE-ON IN YOUR NEW HEAVENLY HOME.TILL WE MEET AGAIN!

THANK YOU

MRS GERTRUDE MAPARA (MS VOLUNTEER AND EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER)
