meeting and the value of the meeting to CMSC, its partners, and its participants.

The information we collect is generally name, medical credentials and affiliation to be displayed on name tags, addresses, emails/phone numbers for the CMSC to send important information about the annual meeting, e.g., a special announcement about a symposia or about a specific topic, and for the system to use as a unique identifier of you.

Personal Information We Collect from Others

There is a possibility that we may obtain information about you from third-parties or publicly available databases. We will obtain your consent before doing so if required by law of the country in which you are located.

How We Use Your Information

As stated, we will use your information to provide information to you. We may also share your
information as an attendee for those participants wishing to contact you directly for some reason. You may direct us not to communicate with you at any time.

We may share your data in order to deliver our services and/or to enhance your participant experience.

  • In order to serve you as a member or participant of CMSC’s 2023 annual meeting.

    • During the pending period of time where we verify the accuracy of any personal data that you claim is inaccurate

Retention of Data

CMSC will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
