Today is World Multiple Sclerosis Day

According to WorldMSDay.org, World MS Day is officially marked every year on the last Wednesday of May.

If you want to take part, here’s a challenge they suggested: “Tell the world how you’re independent

Tell us how you do that by completing the sentence “MS doesn’t stop me…”

Then, share your photos and stories on social media and don’t forget to use the hashtag #strongerthanMS and #MSNewsToday. We’ll feature your posts later.

“Together we’ll generate thousands of messages that celebrate the huge range of things that people with MS can do, raise awareness and inspire action around the world. Together we are #strongerthanMS.”

Learn about other ways you can take part here.
