CMSC congratulates Kessler Foundation for this prestigious recognition

We are extremely pleased to tell you that Kessler Foundation has been ranked #5 on a list of the “50 Best Workplaces for Recent College Graduates” in the United States, by consulting firm Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine, as announced today:

The Best Workplaces for Recent College Graduates is a “best of the best” ranking. To create this list, Great Place to Work® considered employees’ survey feedback on the workplace experiences that matter to recent graduates, as well as job growth and the extent to which the employers hire recent college graduates. These three elements result in a total score for each company, with those companies receiving the highest scores earning a place on the list.

We take great pride in this latest recognition of our ongoing efforts to maintain an exceptional culture and work environment for our employees. For anyone new to the organization, I will take this opportunity to mention that Kessler Foundation has been named as one of the “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” an a “Best Nonprofit” every year since we began applying, in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Congratulations to all!
